O Genki uses a first-party script and same-site server function to count a limited set of events such as page views, menu-category jumps, item-detail views, successful add-to-basket actions, checkout readiness and whether the optional drink prompt was accepted or declined. The measurement is used only to produce aggregate statistics for improving O Genki's own website and ordering flow. The O Genki metrics table does not store raw event rows, IP addresses, user-agent strings, referrer URLs, names, phone numbers, email addresses or a persistent visitor identifier.
The current UK PECR rules include a statistical-purposes exception for qualifying website/service analytics used solely to collect statistical information with a view to improvement. Where O Genki relies on that route, visitors must receive clear information and a simple, free means to object. Advertising, cross-site tracking and profiling are outside this measurement system and are not activated through it.

Turning measurement off stores only the og_stats=off preference on this browser so the site can honour the objection on later visits. It does not disable ordering, prices, payment or the kitchen system.
O Genki does not currently load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, retargeting tags or other advertising/profiling technology on its customer pages. Any future technology that falls outside an applicable exception must remain blocked until the required information and valid consent controls are in place.
Some storage/access can fall within an applicable exception where it is genuinely necessary to provide a service requested by the user or for an applicable security purpose. Exceptions are purpose-specific and must not be stretched to unrelated advertising or profiling.
The live production domain must be checked before go-live and after material hosting, plugin, payment or marketing changes. The production safety gate remains locked until that audit confirms that the deployed site matches this inventory. If new non-exempt purposes are introduced, O Genki must provide appropriate controls before they are activated.
